The program

olsenbro Texts are sent by olsenbro, a business of Olsen Brothers Enterprises, Inc., run by Ryan Olsen in Phoenix, Arizona, from (480) 660-2510. We only text people who asked to hear from us. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

• If you contacted us: replies about your request, a heads-up before our AI assistant Ivy calls you back, a follow-up if we miss each other, and booking confirmations and reminders for calls with Ryan.
• If you're an olsenbro client: an alert after your AI agent handles a call or chat (who it was, what they needed, and whether it booked), plus notices about your service.

How you sign up

• Website forms: on our callback and founding-spot forms, tick the optional box that reads "Optional: text me about my request at this number." It is unchecked to start, and you can send the form without it.
• Phone or chat: when you talk with Ivy on (480) 660-2510 or in our website chat, she asks before texting: "Can olsenbro text you about this from (480) 660-2510? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime." We only text if you say yes, and only the number you gave or called from.
• Texting us first: if you text (480) 660-2510, we reply to that conversation.
• Clients: business owners who hire olsenbro opt in to call alerts on our public sign-up form at olsenbro.com/alerts, for the mobile number they choose, by ticking an optional box that starts unchecked. Agreeing is separate from the service agreement and not required to use the service.

Agreeing to texts is never required to use our website, book a call or buy a service.

How often

Message frequency varies. A request usually means 1 to 5 texts. Client alerts are about one per call or chat your agent handles.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact ryan@olsenbro.com or (480) 660-2510. To start again, reply START.

Your mobile number

We do not share, sell, rent or give your mobile phone number or your texting consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
